  • Once production begins, all materials and labor are dedicated solely to your order.
  • Any changes or cancellations after the order is placed are subject to review but will not qualify for a refund.

Order Confirmation and Approval

To ensure transparency:

  1. You will receive an order confirmation summarizing the specifications and details of your custom product.
  2. It is your responsibility to review and approve all details before production begins.
  3. Once you approve the order, it will be considered final, and no refunds will be issued.

Damaged or Defective Products

While refunds are not possible, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. If your custom product is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing failure, please contact us immediately at info@pottar.store within 7 days of receiving the product.

Conditions for Repair or Replacement

  • The product must not have been damaged, misused, or modified by the customer.
  • Claims for defects or failures must be made within the warranty period specified in your purchase agreement.
  • Valid claims will be resolved at our discretion through:
    • Repair: We will repair the defective or failed product to meet the original specifications.
    • Replacement: If repair is not feasible, we will provide a replacement unit.

Please note:

  • Claims for defects or failures must include clear photographic evidence and a description of the issue.
  • Failure caused by improper handling, misuse, or modifications by the customer is not covered under this policy or the warranty.

Warranty Period

All custom products come with a warranty period as outlined in your purchase agreement. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery. During this time, we will address any manufacturing failures or shipping damage as outlined above. After the warranty period has expired, repair or replacement services may still be available but could incur additional costs.
